1. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 2 days if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differs from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.,
2. Please email pictures of the defective item(s) to email@example.com within 2 days to raise a dispute. Safety First will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
3. In case of an exchange, customer may have to bear shipping and handling costs.
4. If an order needs to be cancelled, it needs to be done so before it is shipped. You may cancel your order by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Safety First may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or PayPal payment is declined.
6. Product colours on web site may slightly differ from original due to different screens or available colours in the market.
8. At occasions, Safety First may ship alternative products due to unavailability of the ordered ones.
7. Safety First, its management, its employees, its vendors, its business partners or any other entitiy related to it does not take any liability for any loss due to malfunctioning/non-functioning/unsuitability of any product and cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.
